2 Euro Commemorative Coin Finland 2023 Social and Health Services A Finnish 2-euro commemorative coin honors public social and health services as a foundation of population wellbeing. The EU Commission presents the issue in terms of those services, and the official explanation does not tie the coin to any single anniversary or event. The central motif is a stylized map of Finland; to the left appear the bilingual words HYVINVOINTI and VÄLFÄRD, conveying the idea of wellbeing. The centre includes the issue year, the bottom shows the country code FI and the right the mint mark of the Finnish mint. The outer ring bears the twelve stars of the European flag.
