This website is hosted by OLShop AG in Germany. When the website is accessed, technical data such as IP address, date and time of access, browser information and further server log data are processed.

Processing is based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR to ensure secure and stable operation. Where legally required, a data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR is in place with the hosting provider.

4. Cookies, local storage and the administration area

The public catalogue does not set analytics, marketing or tracking cookies. It also does not use browser local storage for language selection; language is conveyed only through the URL parameter. Therefore, with the current technical design, no consent banner is required for ordinary visits.

The protected administration area uses a technically necessary session only after login so that authorised administrators can work securely. It ends on logout or when the session expires. If analytics, marketing or third-party functions requiring consent are added in the future, they will be implemented only after legal review and, where needed, consent.

5. Contact

When you contact us by email or telephone, we process the information you provide in order to handle your request. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR and, for contract-related requests, additionally Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR. Data is deleted once the matter has been completed, unless statutory retention duties apply.

6. External links: shop, app and platforms

This website contains links to matching items on euroimperium.de, the app website and Google Play Store. Simply viewing our pages does not transmit data to the destination providers through these links. Data is transferred only after you click a link and leave this website; the privacy notices of the relevant provider then apply.

The catalogue does not process payment data for physical coins. Ordering and payment take place exclusively in the external shop.
