2 Euro Commemorative Coin Portugal 2017 150th Anniversary of Public Security Police Issued on 13 July 2017, this colored Portuguese commemorative marks the 150th anniversary of the Polícia de Segurança Pública. The design depicts human figures and urban buildings to symbolize citizens and the primary areas where the force operates. At the top appear the letters "PSP" and a simplified police emblem; at left the inscription "1867 - 2017 SEGURANÇA PÚBLICA". The centre shows the words "DIREITOS", "LIBERDADES" and "GARANTIAS". Below are the mint mark "INCM", the designer "JOSÉ DE GUIMARÃES" and "PORTUGAL". The outer ring bears twelve five‑pointed stars. Included in FDC and FS folders.
