2 Euro Commemorative Coin Andorra 2024 Mountain Bike World Championships in Andorra The 2024 Andorran €2 commemorative coin marks the UCI Mountain Bike World Championships held from 28 August to 1 September at the Pal Arinsal bike park near La Massana. The UCI programme brought together world-title competitions in cross-country, short track, team relay, E-mountain bike and downhill disciplines. The event highlighted Andorra’s established place in international mountain biking, since Pal Arinsal had already been a recurring venue on the UCI calendar. The coin’s design conveys the race’s demanding character through a rider descending rapidly along a muddy, gravel-strewn trail. Forest and exposed rock suggest the mountainous setting. Its Catalan inscription, “CAMPIONATS DEL MÓN UCI DE BTT”, identifies the championships, while twelve stars frame the national commemorative issue.
